HCM completed restoration and expansion of this historic library building. Roosevelt Library was placed on the National Historic Register in May, 2000 and has been designated a Building of Cultural Significance by the city of Minneapolis through its Historic Preservation Commission. HCM Architects worked with the HPC to review and approve all renovation and expansion designs.
