Cummins Engineering is coming close to the end of Construction, and the entire team is excited to see it completed. The exterior facade is being wrapped up, and interior finishes are being prepared to go in.

We are finishing the 100% Construction Documents for Cummins Engineering and demolition of the existing building is underway. The entire interior has been gutted out to expose the existing structure, and as you can see, the space currently is an enclosed concrete box.
