Along with CPC, HCM has teamed with 45 North Group and Gardner Builders to deliver over 250,000 sf of office, lab, clean room and warehouse space for CPCs expanding business. The project is being executed in a true fast track process with multiple packages and release of early lead time items to ensure delivery in the current volatile market.
